How to use for hair? Wet your hair thoroughly, rub the shampoo bar onto wet hair and work up a rich lather. Wash, rinse thoroughly. Use hair conditioner or a hair rinse if necessary. Transitioning from a liquid shampoo to a solid shampoo bar may have a transitioning period up to a month for the hair to get used to the new treatment.
