All deliveries are dispatched from Tallinn, Estonia. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address specified by the purchaser.

All delivery costs are carried by the purchaser. The respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method at the checkout and will be added to the amount payable for the purchased goods. If available, several alternative delivery methods will be presented.

The cost and time of delivery depends on the destination and location of the delivery address.

Delivery to Estonia

Deliveries to Estonia are handled by Omniva (formerly Eesti Post), Itella SmartPost and DPD. The parcel can be redeemed from a post office, parcel machine or from a courier. Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and are presented on the checkout page.

All delivery within Estonia generally arrives at the destination specified by the purchaser within 1-7 business days after we have dispatched the order (with the exception of national holidays).

When ordering to a parcel machine, please add a note to your order with your preferred pick-up location. Please refer to the following links for available pickup locations for each service: Omniva, Itella SmartPOST, DPD.

Finland, Latvia and Lithuania

Deliveries to Finland, Latvia and Lithuania are handled either by international standard mail service, Omniva, Itella SmartPOST or DPD. The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days (1-3 business days for Itella SmartPOST and DPD) after we have dispatched the order. The parcel can be redeemed from a post office, parcel machine or from a courier. Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and are presented on the checkout page.

Sweden, Poland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, Czech Republic, Luxembourg

Deliveries to Sweden, Germany and Austria are handled either by international standard mail service, Itella SmartPost and courier services or by DPD. The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after we have dispatched the order. The parcel can be redeemed from a post office or from a courier. Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and are presented on the checkout page.

International delivery

For international orders we offer delivery by standard international mail service. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically depending on the delivery address and are presented on the checkout page. Alternative delivery methods will be presented, if available.

The conditions of delivery of the parcel (days of delivery, pickup location, calling the receiver in advance, number of delivery attempts etc) depends on the applicable rules of the country of destination.

The average delivery time inside EU is 3-10 days and 7-21 days if the destination is outside EU.

Please note that, international deliveries may be delayed at customs control when entering your country. This is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this way.

Products shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes, fees or other charges as a result of custom formalities or local legislation. Such additional costs will be fully payed by the buyer. We advise you to check the applicability of such charges before placing an order if your delivery address is outside the European Union.
